I had a wonderful stay at the Rosewood Bermuda, where the lush grounds and professional yet warm staff truly impressed me. The food was outstanding, from breakfast to poolside sandwiches (the sandwiches were a delightful surprise!). However, I did find the additional daily gratuity fee a bit off-putting, although I understand that you're paying for quality. Overall, I can’t wait to return to this beautiful island.

The staff were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond, especially Winton at the front desk who turned a potential check-in hiccup into a delightful experience.
